There is a new variant of R.1, Doctor Tirta Suggests not to worry than to become a Gerd

DURING the spread of the Covid-19 vaccine has not been evenly distributed, then the possibility of a new mutated variant will remain high. As recently received attention, namely the R.1 and Mu variants.

The ever-growing mutation of the corona virus is worrying the public. In the midst of these concerns, many also asked Dr. Tirta, until finally he made an explanation video on his Tiktok account @tirtacipeng.

In his latest video, Dr. Tirta revealed that variants and mutations will continue to occur if there is continued transmission. “The solution is to stay alert, all of that can be prevented if you have a healthy lifestyle, take care of yourself, keep yourself clean by washing your hands and feet,” he said.

Doctor Tirta also explained, with the vaccination, people still have to live healthy and clean.

“If there are symptoms of not feeling well, go to the Puskesmas. Alhamdulilah, now we have covid under control but don’t be euphoric just yet. Live healthy, prevention is better than cure,” said Dr. Tirta in his video.

Another message, don’t panic too much because you are afraid that anxiety and worry can trigger GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) or better known as acid reflux. Even though he was asked not to worry too much, Dr. Tirta also advised the public not to be too ignorant because they would be afraid that the transmission rate would increase again.
