Nota Bene magazine is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. How did people react 20 years ago when the magazine appeared on the street?
I was not at the very beginning. However, I know from the story that colleagues were surprised at how quickly the first load sold out. They had to press the first number. During the launch of the magazine, a completely different event moved Slovakia, an attack on the twins. At the beginning, the magazine was made up of social workers, not journalists. Surprisingly, this form of assistance in our country, in contrast to the Czech Republic, has taken on very well. The magazine quickly grew into high readership and sales. Many countries do not experience such public confidence in a project such as Nota Bene. It was a big deal that it worked out then and we appreciate the trust that the public still has in us. It drives us on.
