L’Inps ha aggiornato la procedura per la domanda di pensione con Opzione donna, il trattamento pensionistico anticipato che è stato prorogato dalla legge di Bilancio 2022. In particolare, la manovra ha prorogato al 31 dicembre 2021 il termine per la maturazione dei requisiti richiesti per l’accesso alla pensione anticipata.
In pratica, possono sfruttare questa opzione le lavoratrici che entro il 31 dicembre 2021 abbiano maturato un’anzianità contributiva minima di 35 anni e un’età anagrafica minima di 58 anni se dipendenti e di 59 anni se autonome. La scelta comporta il ricalcolo interamente contributivo della pensione.
