Mit etwas Verzögerung hat es nun die achte Entlassung eines Head Coach in der National Hockey League (NFL) gegeben. Am Donnerstag haben sich die Houstan Texans von David Culley getrennt.
Der 66-Jährige muss nach nur einer Saison seine Funktion räumen. Mit einem Kader der sich in völligen Umbau befindet, konnte er immerhin vier Spiele gewinnen. In der Tabelle der AFC South lagen die Houston Texans am Ende an dritter und vorletzter Stelle.
Traditionell bleibt die Nachfolgefrage bei einer Entlassung eines Head Coaches nach dem Saisonende ungelöst. Eine Entscheidung wird in den kommenden Wochen erfolgen.
