掛在欄杆上風乾的土炮大葵掃帚(街坊帶路提供圖片)立場博客街坊帶路「街坊帶路」是一間主力推動社區連結的香港社會企業。我們以社區為真實的場景,透過社區導賞、社區導賞員培訓、路線設計服務、社區探索工作坊及其他社區項目,讓街坊以導賞員的身份帶領社區愛好者、教育工作者及不同領域的人士一同探索,開啟對社區的想像,讓參加者細味各個社區的獨特之處,藉著親身體驗了解及反思不同社會議題,從而提升社區凝聚力。 網頁:https://www.kaifongtour.com Facebook:https://www.fb.com/kaifongtour按月贊助一杯咖啡在過去的星期六,筆者漫遊佔地 5.5 公頃的馬鞍山「市肺」— 馬鞍山公園,它既有豐富多彩的自然景觀,又有在地的人文歷史文化,絕對是假日休閑的好去處。筆者有幸在正面入口附近的草林區看到短吻果蝠,馬鞍山公園種有蒲葵樹,樣子可愛的短吻果蝠擅於利用蒲葵的大葉築巢,棲息於公園的蒲葵葉下。 穿過公園,進入海濱長廊,走到盡頭,便會看到直達烏溪沙石灘的小路。在這裡,筆者神奇地又發現蒲葵葉的蹤影︰映入眼簾的,是三把掛在欄杆上風乾的土炮大葵掃帚,原來是公園的清潔工收集掉落的蒲葵葉,晾乾後製成掃帚作清潔之用,十分有趣!蒲葵的葉用途廣泛,不但可用來製作蒲葵扇、蒲葵帽、掃帚,更可製成蓑衣(舊時的雨衣)。 清潔工回收社區的「廢物」,發揮日常生活小創意,使廢棄物以另一種形態繼續被使用,此舉既可以協助他們自身清潔工作的需要,同時也賦予掉落的蒲葵葉新生命,一舉兩得。透過將看似無用的社區資源升級再造,能夠延長這些將被送往堆填區的垃圾的生命週期,讓它們迎接新的任務,變成更有意義和價值的物品,完全體現了「物盡其用」的民間智慧。大自然與人類關係密切,我們的社區裡擁有豐富且珍貴的天然資源,如果只是隨便把它們當作垃圾送進堆填區,未免太浪費了。 「升級再造」(upcycling)是新的趨勢,最方便最自然的創作材料,莫過於來自周邊、隨處可見的花草樹木、廢棄物和剩餘物料,只要我們花點心思,轉廢為材,便能善用這些生物多樣性所帶來的免費天然資源。 棲息於公園蒲葵樹上的短吻果蝠馬鞍山蝙蝠upcycling馬鞍山公園蒲葵樹短吻果蝠蒲葵葉

[7.1 Protest Case] ​​7 Democrats pleaded guilty to be affected by the black rain extended to October 16 and sentenced

社民連fb圖片前民陣召集人陳皓桓、社民連前立法會議員梁國雄、民主黨前立法會議員胡志偉、前立法會議員朱凱廸等 7 人,昨 ( 7 日) 分別承認於去年 7.1 遊行,煽惑他人參與、組織及明知而參與未經批准集結罪。法官游德康原定今(8 日)下午於區域法院判刑,惟因天文台於中午一度發出黑色暴雨警告訊號,司法機構宣布下午所有法庭聆訊延期,本案亦改於 10 月 16 日判刑。 司法機構網站顯示,原定於今日下午判刑的 7.1 遊行案,將延期至 10 月 16 日(星期六) ,上午 9 時 30 分判刑。 案件涉及 8 名被告,依次為陳皓桓、曾健成(前東區區議員)、徐子見(前東區區議員)、胡志偉、陳榮泰(前東區區議員)、朱凱廸、梁國雄及鄧世禮(社會民主連線成員)。除了曾健成和鄧世禮獲准保釋外,其餘人士因其他案件正服刑或還押。 陳皓桓、曾健成、徐子見、胡志偉及陳榮泰,被控於 2020 年 6 月 30 日在終審法院外,非法煽惑他人,在無合法權限或合理辯解的情況下,明知而參與一個未經批准的公眾遊行。 另外,陳皓桓、徐子見、胡志偉、朱凱廸、梁國雄及鄧世禮,被控同日在灣仔軒尼詩道及杜老誌道一帶,舉行或組織、明知而參與一個屬未經批准集結的公眾遊行。 除了徐子見、胡志偉 、朱凱廸、鄧世禮不承認明知而參與未經批准集結罪,獲存檔法庭外,其餘人士均承認所有控罪。至於陳榮泰早前表明否認控罪,案件將於明年 6 月開審。 案件編號:DCCC 107/2021黑色暴雨七一遊行未經批准集結
