To discuss this important topic, we welcome back Mike Schwartz, a.k.a. The Rock Doctor. He’s a musician-first health and wellness professional, educator, author and speaker. He wrote “The Musician’s Guide To Surviving The Rock Star Lifestyle” and created “The Music Fit Method”, and leads the Music Fit Collective.
