Instead of buying new toys, now your child can design their own or choose from a growing catalog of printable toys online. The Toybox 3D printer is a kid-friendly toy printer that was first featured on Shark Tank; normally, you’d have to pay $419, but you can get the Toybox 3D Printer Start Bundle right now for $298.99.

Print toys with your kids

This Shark Tank-featured toy printer is easy to use and is only limited by your creativity. Toybox has a simple creator space your child can use to create their own custom toys, so they don’t have to learn complex design software. Once their design is ready to go, all they have to do is upload the design to the Toybox app and press print. This bundle comes with multi-colored printer food with enough material for 100 to 300 toys depending on size and complexity. If you ever run out, you can buy more on the Toybox website.

Playing with design apps may be fun, but drawing toys isn’t the only way to find something to play with. The Toybox app also has a catalog of toys, some from familiar properties like DC Comics, Cartoon Network, Looney Tunes, Hanna-Barbera, and movies like Elf.

This 3D Printer has the same downsides as any 3D printer: It takes time to create a finished design. The Toybox is also only one foot tall, so most designs will have to be relatively compact.

Right now, you can get a Toybox 3D Printer Starter Bundle for $298.99 (though prices may change at any time).
