1. Actraiser Renaissance
Actraiser Renaissance made his comeback last week. Maker Square Enix released this popular game of yesteryear for almost all platforms including Android. Of course, the graphics have been thoroughly polished, so that the 2D images of the past are now HD. Furthermore, Square has added new missions, music and bosses so that players from the past have plenty to discover.
Not familiar with Actraiser Renaissance? This game originally came out for Nintendo’s SNES console. The game does not fit into one genre, because it is both a platformer and a city builder
In Relumine, the goal is to save your lost father to find. To do that, you have to solve all kinds of puzzles by using the environment. These start off at a fairly accessible level, but it quickly gets pretty snappy. Relumine has a wonderfully dreamy design with matching music so that you can dream away for a while.
For example, your favorite podcast host may ask which guests to invite in the future or what you thought of the show. Creators have to enable and set these options themselves, so you won’t always encounter it.

4. Animus: Revenant
As peaceful as the puzzle game Relumine is, so moving is Animus: Relevant. This game is clearly inspired by the well-known Souls games, which are known for their high (read: exasperating) difficulty. It’s in Animus: Relevant, then, not so much whether your character dies, but when.
In the game you take on the role of a knight who has to save humanity from the dark. That’s easier said than done, because there are hordes of enemies ready to kill you. In Animus: Relevant you have to pay close attention to your cover, because one hit and you have to start all over again. It is therefore wise to collect as much good equipment and weapons as possible during the game.

5. Routines
Before you know it, it’s already 2022. What about the good intentions you made at the beginning of this year? Without being too judgmental: maybe not so good. Perhaps you can do something about that by using Routines. As the name gives away, this app tries to teach you routines.
How? By telling you to exercise today, meditate or make breakfast for the next morning just as often until it becomes a habit. Routines is therefore a kind of to-do list app with a compelling character. The biggest drawback is the ads. Unfortunately there is no possibility to buy it off.
