1. Relaxation through eye yoga

This relaxes the eye muscles and prevents symptoms of fatigue. Repeat the exercise several times.

2. Workout for the eyes

The visual muscles also need regular training. To do this, look a few times to the right, straight ahead and to the left – without moving your head.

Then close your eyes and repeat the whole thing, looking up and down. The exercise should not be too strenuous.

3. The 20-20-20 rule

Due to the constant close view of the screen, the eye muscles tense. Regular breaks are therefore important, it is important to remember the 20-20-20 rule : Every 20 minutes at least 20 seconds on an object look at least 20 feet away.

4. Don’t forget to blink

Instead of 10 to 15 times, when working on a computer screen, you often only blink about 4 to 7 times per minute. Burning, itching or dryness are often the result, targeted blinking can help.
